These terms govern your access to the Returnly website, account, tools, content, and related services. Please read them carefully.
Introduction and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Harvestor Finserv Private Limited, a company operating the Returnly brand (collectively referred to as Returnly, we, us, or our). By accessing or using Returnly, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Nature of the service
Harvestor Finserv Private Limited is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India as a Mutual Fund Distributor under ARN-304687 and operates the Returnly brand. Returnly distributes mutual fund products and is not acting as an investment adviser. Returnly provides distribution services, financial tools, portfolio-review features, educational content, and access to third-party information. Specific services remain subject to applicable onboarding forms, disclosures, mandates, and transaction terms.
Regular plans and distributor commission
Returnly offers regular-plan mutual fund schemes. The expense ratio of a regular plan includes distribution commission paid by the asset management company to the distributor. Direct plans of the same scheme generally have a lower expense ratio because they do not include distributor commission. Please review scheme documents, costs, risks, and our Disclosures page before investing.
No guarantee of returns
Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks. Read all scheme-related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future performance, and no return, capital protection, outcome, ranking, projection, or tax benefit is guaranteed.
Tools, scores, and projections
Calculators, risk profiles, scores, comparisons, recommendations, and projections are estimates based on inputs, assumptions, and available data. They may not reflect market movements, taxes, costs, liquidity constraints, or your complete circumstances. Verify material information and consider obtaining appropriate professional advice before acting.
Orders and third-party services
Transactions may be processed by AMCs, registrars, exchanges, payment providers, depositories, banks, or other third parties. Their systems, cut-off times, confirmations, policies, and legal terms may apply. Returnly is not responsible for delays or failures outside its reasonable control.
User responsibilities
You agree not to misuse the website, circumvent security, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload services, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or misleading information, infringe rights, or use the service for unlawful activity. You are responsible for checking the accuracy and suitability of information you submit.
Intellectual property
The Returnly name, website, software, design, original content, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Returnly. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Third-party names, fund-house logos, trademarks, and scheme materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any feature for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or commercial reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an as-available basis without warranties not expressly stated in writing. Returnly is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or investment losses arising from reliance on website content, market movement, third-party data, or systems outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these terms, law, security requirements, or third-party obligations have been violated. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to pending transactions and applicable retention obligations.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory rights and forums available under applicable law, disputes will be subject to courts having jurisdiction over the AMFI-recorded office of Harvestor Finserv Private Limited in Rohtak, Haryana.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our services, business, or legal obligations. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
