Our AMFI Registration Number is ARN-304687, valid from 16 August 2024 to 16 August 2027. We act as a mutual fund distributor and not as an investment adviser.

Regular plans and commission
Returnly offers regular-plan mutual fund schemes. The expense ratio of a regular plan includes distribution commission paid by the AMC to Harvestor Finserv Private Limited. A direct plan of the same scheme generally has a lower expense ratio because it does not include distributor commission. Commission rates may differ across AMCs, schemes, and periods.

Distributor commission creates a potential conflict of interest. We seek to manage this through transparent disclosure, suitability-based processes, and by not presenting commissions or incentives as guaranteed investor benefits. Investors should compare scheme objectives, risk, costs, performance, and direct-plan alternatives before deciding.
